Data handling
- Sequencing data are stored on the CCRT (Computing Center for Research and Technology), hosted by the TGCC (Très Grand Centre de Calcul), located near Paris, France.
- The CCRT relies on the AIRAIN supercomputer (420 Tflop, ~ 2000 cores) and is devoted to use by industrial and public partners. 60 Tflop, 180 nodes, 16 cores / node and 8 Go / core are dedicated to France Génomique.
